Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College for £847 15s 4d and the surrender of his former lease, to Henry Davis, of Bloxham, co. Oxford, gentleman, for surviving executor and trustee named in the will of John Davis, late of Banbury, gentleman, deceased, of the rectory of Brumham etc. A tabulated statement of the lands in Bromham and Stagsden is set out.
