Littleton to Dr William Berriman: Morgan refuses to pay anything towards repairs. Hopes to let the tithes next week. The Land Tax Commissioners refused to lower the rate for Goldcliff but might do so next year if the mill were demolished; at Nash they deducted half the sum charged for tithes. He presses for a decision about the mill.
