Littleton to Dr William Berriman: he sends an account of the tithes which are poor. It appears that there is a right of common on the Green Moors belonging to the Hill Farm according to a judgment in Chancery of 42 Elizabeth, 1600, which decided that the inhabitants of Goldcliff had the priviledge.
