Content description
Tells his father of his walk and where he went. Writes four reasons why he didn't walk to Britwell. 1: Afraid of being late, 2: worried about getting back without a driver, 3: Father would be too busy to see him and 4: that he wouldn't want to see him. Edward wishes he had gone anyway. The walk did his leg good, to get rid of some of the stiffness.
