Very much hopes he will come as Head Master. Certain of two things that he is probably not; the staff are a very friendly and amenable body of men, and there is far more freedom about dress and formality than he might suppose. Edward Lyttelton used to bowl at nets in bicycle costume and leather seated breeches. Urges him to accept.
