Overwritten at 90 degrees and difficult to decipher: Mr H the Possessor of Farley showed her how he was changing the building into a Gothic one though the building is not large enough for the style he is using but it is completely Gothic. He also showed her the vault in the ruins of the Castle where there are 6 human bodies embalmed and two bodies of male children, the only ones in England in their original state. Curious to see it and wished her sister could too. The countryside as beautiful as Devonshire. Much socialising but she does not have enough clothes for all the fine dining. Addressed to Miss Brown.
