Marked as ‘Version B’, the file contains a copy of the introduction, written in Thesiger’s hand. The text includes a number of corrections and some sections have been rewritten on a separate piece of paper and stapled over the original page. The phrasing of a number of the passages differs from ‘Version A’ and the draft appears to be an incomplete copy with the final few pages missing.
