Drafts for Rutherford's work on Eton and written under the name James McConnell, originally published in 1970, including:
Corrected manuscript, 135pp. the manuscript is divided into 2 parts and is written under the original title of 'The Restoration of Eton College'
Corrected typescript, 114pp., carbon copy, and includes the Foreword by Provost Caccia dated June 1969
Corrected proof, produced by Faber and Faber, London. The corrections are in red biro and is marked 'My working copy'
Assorted letters, in alphabetical order, thanking Provost Caccia and the Fellows for the gifted copy of 'Eton Repointed'. Writers include the Queen, the Duke of Gloucester and the Duke of Richmond.
Origianl photographs by Ray Williams, which were included in the final published edition, and some which not
