A collection of press cuttings, mostly sent to Clunes by Durrant’s Press Cuttings due to their relevance to his work or the plays he performed in – a number of which were pasted into scrapbooks. On occasion Clunes has underlined the passages which relate specially to his performance.
The cuttings have been taken from a variety of local and national newspapers and magazines, and supplemented with other notices sent to Clunes from other sources, or which he collected himself.
The volumes are in a fragile condition and should be handled with care.
