A small collection of reproduction photographs of works of art relating to the Brownings, including an image of the tapestry that partially inspired Browning's 'Childe Roland to the Dark Tower Came' and a photograph of a contemporary painting of Franceschini, who inspired Browning's 'The Ring and the Book'. The original is now at Balliol College, Oxford.
The photograph of Franceschini was originally owned by Sarianna Browning and then by Fannie Coddington. Inscribed by Fannie Coddington on the back.
