Admission, at a court, by Francis Fulwood, D.D. lord and farmer of the manor, upon the surrender by Florence Savery, daughter of Edmund Fowell, Knight and Baronet, of a lease for twenty one years to Samuel Hart and Florence Fowell from the feast of St. John the Baptist, 1676. for the use of Antony Ellesdon, of Kittesfon, Co. Somerset, Esquire, of the said Antony Ellesdon to Swinebridge, Mills, with lands appurtaining, in Modbury, for twenty one years, for a yearly rent of fifteen pounds.
