Admission, at a court by John Bastard, clerk, lord and farmer of the manor, upon the surrender of Mary Brooking, of Nicholas Avent, Robert and Thomas Avent, son of Walter Avent, for their lives in survivorship, to a tenement in Penquit called Knight's tenement, late held by Burt Brooking and now by Walter Avent, for a yearly rent of 18s 8d and two capons at Christmas. They pay a fine of ten pounds.
