Admission, at a court upon the surrender of Robert Daubeny, senior and Robert Dewbeny, junior, his son, by John Bastard, clerk, lord and farmer of the manor, of Robert Dewbeny, junior, Katherine, his wife, and Samuel Dewbeny to a tenement called Notters with 18 closes (formerly only five) in the parish of St. Stephen's by Saltash, Co. Cornwall, for their lives in survivorship, for a yearly rent of 12s : 8d and the best beast as heriot. They pay a fine of thirty nine pounds.
