Indenture of lease for their lives in survivorship by John de Haseyo, Prior of Bekeford and Colsteworth, to Ralph le Lutester of Grantham and Christian, his wife, of a bovate of land in Houghton by Grantham once held by Thomas de Swaton. Yearly rent 5s with one attendance a year at the prior's great court at Colsteworth.
Witnesses: Roger Simonis of Grantham, William Crane of the same, John Scharp of the same, William Scherman of Houghton, Thomas Potter of the same and many others.
