Power of attorney from Thomas Loveden, Alicia his wife, and John Grove to John Wyght and Alex. Chamberleyn to receive seisin of a messuage, a toft, 9½ acres of land and 3½ acres of meadow in Eton, co. Bucks, recovered by them in the King's court at Westminster before Thomas Bryan and others, justices of the common bench against William Westbury and five co-feoffees (as above except Wyght and Chamberleyn) of writ of forma donationis in le descendre, morrow of Ascension 14 Edward IV [20 May 1474], upon which was issued a writ of habere facias seisinam 23 May [1474]. 30 May 14 Edward IV.
