Indenture of lease for 99 years by Sir John Cyfrewast, knight and lord of Clywar, to John Pumfreyt, of Windsor, of a curtilage lying within his lordship in Windsor between the messuage of the said John Pumfreyt on the south and the messuage of the said John Pumfreyt and the King's way leading towards Goseweldebrug on the north, and containing between the said two messuages 20 feet, and extending at one end onto the King's way leading towards the Thames bridge on the east and at the other onto the curtilage sometime of Emma Chesewyk on the west. Yearly rent 12d payable in equal portions at the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist and at Christmas.
