Grant by Thomas Barker, clerk, to masters Robert Elyot, John Peyse and William Wytherys, clerks, of a messuage with a garden adjacent situated in New Windsor in the street called le Prestesstrete opposite the gaol there between the tenement late of William Knoller, now of Richard Maryner, on the south and the messuage pertaining to the King's college of Eton on the north, abutting at one end onto the King's way on the west and at the other onto le Oldehawes on the east, which he lately had of the gift of William Westbury, clerk, Provost of the Royal College of the Blessed Mary of Eton, together with John Bonoure, clerk, David Whyttchurch and Richard Profet, now defunct. And appointment of masters David Hawbroke, Edmund Hewet, Thomas Absolon and John Barreston as his attorneys to deliver full seisin of the premises.
