Quitclaim by Thomas Passh, clerk, to Thomas Rolfe, of New Windsor, of all his right in a tenement with a garden adjacent situated in New Windsor between the messuage sometime of Thomas Plomer on the north and the tenement and garden of John Pyrys, sometime of John Philipp, the garden late of John Horn, junior, sometime of William Pope, the garden sometime of John Benfeld, the garden sometime of Gilbert Saxilby, the garden sometime of Richard Skynner and the lane called Tullelane on the south, extending at the east end onto the King's street, the garden of the said John Perys and the garden late of the said John Horn, and at the west end onto the dike called Gosewelldich.
Witnesses: Edmund Pury, then mayor of the borough of Windsor, Thomas Nesse and Robert Legatt, bailiffs.
