Grant by Nicholas Cleveley, groom of the King's crown, and Cicilia, his wife, daughter and heir of David Celly and Cicilia, his wife, to Thomas Rolff, of New Windsor, of a tenement with a garden adjacent in New Windsor situated between the King's way on the east and the garden which Walter KNoll lately held, sometime of Alexander Newenton, on the west, and the tenement late of the said David called le George on the north and the tenement of John Paxman on the south; the said tenement having lately been of the said David Celly and inherited after his death by his said daughter. And appointment of John Joye, of New Windsor, Thomas Nesse and Robert Legat, bailiffs, William Bullok, William Hether and others. Given at Windsor 15 November 17 Edward IV.
