Grant by Elizabeth Whitfeld, widow, to William Bromwich, clerk, and Henry Aythorp of a tenement, with shops, gardens and curtilages adjacent, situated in New Windsor in the parish of Clewar in the street called Bisshopestrete between the tenement sometime of Lucy Place on the north and the tenement late of John Pynk, sometime of Richard Bulman on the south and the said King's way on the east and the garden sometime of Thomas Holbode late of William Lakyn, a King's justice, and Sibil, his wife, on the west.
Witnesses: John Toller, now mayor of the borough of Windsor, John Squyer and Henry Aythorp, bailiffs, Robert Cotyngham, Thomas Buknell, Richard Bartlott, Richard Galeis and others. Given at New Windsor 10 May 2 Henry VII.
