Grant by John Colby, of New Windsor, co. Berks, to Thomas Todde and Thomas Hunt, of the same, of a tenement with a garden adjacent in New Windsor situated between the tenement of the abbot of Redynge on the east and the tenement late of John Ryppyngden on the west and the wall of the King's castle on the south and the King's way on the north, which he lately had of the gift of John Brayle, late of New Windsor.
Witnesses: John Todde, mayor of Windsor, Thomas Ryder, and John Baker, bailiffs, John Palmer, William Draper and many others. Given at New Windsor 4 March 4 Henry VII.
