Grant by William Rekis, of the parish of Bray, co. Berks, gentleman, to John Burnett, of New Windsor, yoman, of a curtilage lying in the town of New Windsor between the messuage sometime of John Pomfrett on the south and the messuage sometime of the said John Pomfrett and the royal way leading towards Gosweldebrug on the north, containing between the said 2 messuages 20 feet, and extending at one end onto the royal way leading towards the Thames bridge on the east and at the other end onto the curtilage sometime of Emma Chesewyke on the west.
Yearly rent 12d, payable in equal portions at the feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist and at Christmas.
