Windsor, Berkshire: Grant of tenement

Grant by John Scotte and William Staverton, esquires, and Isabel Colby, widow, to Walter Vaghan of a tenement with garden adjacent situated within the borough of New Windsor between the tenement of the abbot of Redyng on the east and the tenement late of John Rympyngden on the west and the wall of the King's castle on the south and the King's way on the north, which they lately had, together with John Colby, now defunct, of the gift of Thomas Todde and Thomas Hunte and which the latter had of the gift of John Colby.
Witnesses: Nicholas Larwode, mayor of the borough of Windsor, Thomas Hunt and Thomas Bowland, bailiffs, John Todde, William Canon and many others.
