Grant by John Buknell, of the borough of New Windsor, to Elizabeth Whitfeld, widow, of a tenement with shops, gardens and curtilages adjacent situated in New Windsor in the parish of Clewar in the street called Bisshopestrete between the tenement sometime of Lucy Place on the north and the tenement late of John Pynk, sometime of Richard Bulman, on the south and the said King's way on the east and the garden sometime of Thomas Holbode, late of William Laken, a King's justice, and Sibil, his wife, on the west; which he lately had, together with John Gouthorpp, clerk, William Parker, and Robert Garard, now defunct, of the gift of John Frymley.
