Final concord made in the Guildhall of New Windsor on Monday the vigil of St James the Apostle 18 Henry VII before Thomas Ryder, then mayor Robert Stapere, John Hether, bailiffs, John Scot, seneschal, John Tode, Andrew Beirman, William Canon, John Welles and John Baker, burgesses, and others, between Richard Payne, clerk, Edmund Mundevile, clerk, Richard Kyte, clerk, Richard Blount, esquire, John Barton and Thomas Hunt, plaintiffs, and William Smyth, of New Windsor, bocher, and Joan, his wife, deforciants, whereby the deforciants acknowledge a messuage and barn with a granary in New Windsor in the fee of the abbot of Redyng to be the right of the plaintiffs and have quitclaimed all their right thereto, for which the plaintiffs have paid them £11.
