Windsor, Berkshire: Grant of curtilage

Grant by John Lycheffelde, of New Windsor, co. Berks, and Agnes, his wife, sometime the wife of Thomas Bythewode, to John Todde, of the same, and William Canon, of the same, of a curtilage with a garden adjacent lying at le Spetill between the land called Calemewescrofte on the east and the King's way on the west, and extending at one end onto le Spetilmede on the north and at the other onto the land late of Richard Collewell on the south.
And appointment of Robert Genyn and Richard Cuthbert as their attorneys to deliver full seisin of the premises.
Witnesses: John Todde, then mayor of the borough of New Windsor, John Scott and John Delaland, bailiffs, Thomas Hunt, John Pery, Richard Heywarde, William Pery and many others.
