Grant by Thomas Jeffray, of Cleware, co. Berks, son and heir of Henry Jeffray, late of Cleware, son and heir of Agnes, daughter of Walter Horsted, son and heir of Alice Horsted, late of New Windsor, to Roger Lupton, Provost of the Royal College of the Blessed Mary of Eton next Windsor, co. Buks, and the College of a yearly rent of 10d issuing from parcels of a croft lying in Underore in New WIndsor between the land late of John Uppenore now Sawyer on the east and the King's way leading from New Windsor towards the water mill called Underore mille on the west and le comen on the south and the lands of Robert Bolley, late Mathewes, and the land of Richard Smythe on the north, which the said Alice inherited after the death of Gilbert Dodler, her father; payable at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions.
