Quitclaim by Thomas Jeffray to the Provost and College of Eton of all his right in a rent of 10d issuing from parcels of a croft lying in Underore in New WIndsor between the land late of John Uppenore now Sawyer on the east and the King's way leading from New Windsor towards the water mill called Underore mille on the west and le comen on the south and the lands of Robert Bolley, late Mathewes, and the land of Richard Smythe on the north, which the said Alice inherited after the death of Gilbert Dodler, her father; payable at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions.
