Grant by John Todde and William Canon, of New Windsor, co. Berks, to William Caverley and Agnes, his wife, of a curtilage with a garden adjacent lying at lee Spetill in the parish of New Windsor between the land called Calemewescrofte on the east and the King's way on the west, and extending at one end onto le Spetill mede on the north and at the other onto the land late of Richard Collewell on the south, which they lately had of the gift of John Lycheffelde and the said Agnes.
