Appeal by dominus William Daubeney, prior of Elyngham [Ellingham], for the protection of the Holy See and the court of Canterbury against measures which he fears may be taken to the prejudice of his tenure of the priory. Declared in the house of the notary in the city of New Sarum, witnesses dominus Stephen de Neweton rector of the church of Little Langford, diocese of Salisbury, and John Brewe.
