Probate by the Vicar General in Spiritualities or Commissary Official Principal of the bishop of Oxford of the will, dated 1 March 1733/34, of Ralph Marshall, of Little Tew, bequeathing to
(1) Stephen Marshall, his brother, £200.
(2) John Marshall, his brother, all his free lands Houses chattels etc, on condition he shall pay all debts and legacies. He is appointed sole executor.
Seal of the Commisionary of the diocese of Oxford, pointed oval, papered, on doubled tag. An ecclesiastic enthroned.
