Copy of grant by John Burston and John Curties to John, abbot of St Saviour’s, Faversham, and the abbey there, of 12 acres called Upland in Leggmarshe and pasture for 105 sheep in the saltmarsh if Leggmarshe next Flache and a rent of 40d a year in Ore and Ludnam [Oare and Luddenham], of which pasture for 8 sheep next le Flache is now submerged by an inundation of salt water. And appointment of Richard Fowle and William Gascloke as their attorneys to deliver seisin.
