Mr Knappe hathe felled in the orcharde 1 asshe and 1 elme of tymbre.
Item he hathe caste the pondes there and meanethe to cary awaye the soyle to his other grounde.
Item he clamethe the grounde viz the orcharde and the trees therin growinge.
Item he sayth it is his fre lande.
Item he hathe looked these ij yeres that the Colledge shoulde begynne to sue therfore, sayinge I am in possession and will holde it for the Colledge hathe notheinge to shewe for it.
