Letter from Nicholas Timperley to Sir Henry Savile, Knight, Provost, concerning the college's suit for a way to Pepperwhites wood. He states that the bailiff's reports are exaggerated, and offers to exchange college lands in Hintlesham for his lands which border the college's in Chattisham. Written 4 February 1609. Signed "Nicho. Timperley".
