Quitclaim by Germain de la Fosse to William, abbot of the Monastery of the Blessed Mary of Bec Herlewyn [Bec Hellouin], and the convent there, of all his right in a messuage and four virgates of land in Cotesford [Cottisford], which were sometime of John Baars and Rose, his wife, and which he had of the gift of the said abbey for his life. Witnesses: Roger de Elmrugge, Roger de Cotesford, knights, Nicholas Bakere, Thomas Fuwater, Roger Gresham, Edward Meteley. Cotesford, Michaelmas day 46 Edward III.
