Copies of documents in the suit in Chancery, the Provost and College of Eton, plaintiffs, against Sir William Cope, knight, and baronet, and Maximilian Petty, esquire, for the recovery of certain encroachments upon the demesne lands of Cottesford [Cottisford] which had been made by the Arden family, who had formerly held both the freehold of the defendants and, on lease from the College, the demesnes aforesaid.
