At a court of dominus William Salyng, prior of Merton, on 4 May 1514, surrender by John Boyle of a toft and half a virgate of land called Vyncentys in Chalvey and a close containing an acre called Fludgatys with other lands there and a garden with a barn and half an acre of land to the use of Thomas Smyth. No heriot because he had no animals. Admission of Thomas. The fine appears on the court rolls.
