Counterpart of lease, by John Colsell and Richard Howard, yeoman, churchwardens of Burnham, with the consent of the vestry, to Robert Messenger, of the same, yeoman, of a messuage or tenement called Church House in Burnham, adjoining the churchyard, with all outhouses, gardens etc appertaining and an acre of meadow abutting on Oldfield on the west, the highway leading to the vicarage house on the north, and 10 acres of arable in the fields of Burnham, Cippenham and Brittwell; except all timber trees, with free passage for the lessors to cut and carry away the same. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent £7.
