Grant by John Spencer and Agnes, his wife, daughter of Thomas Hakker, deceased, to Richard Hopton, clerk, Hugh Frawnce, clerk, and Thomas Coke, of Eton, of a place in Maydenhith with all the houses and a garden adjacent etc. in Bray and Cokeham, which formerly belonged to the said Thomas Hakker.
Witnesses: Alexander Smyth alias Chamburleyn, John Mason, Lewis Palmer, William Montagew.
Two seals, round, red wax, on doubled tags.
