Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to John Syvedall, of Cookham, gentleman, upon surrender of his former lease, of a messuage or tenement called Woodman Coates, with all its appurtenances in Cookham, except all woods growing thereon. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 4 quarters 4 bushels of malt and 3 quarters 2½ bushels of wheat or their money equivalent and £4 8s 10d.
