Indenture of lease for a year by Benjamin Bayly, of London, coachwheelmaker, to Thomas Eyre, of Huntercombe, esquire, John Dawson, senior, of Burnham abbey, yeoman, Richard Lane, esquire, and John Mason, yeoman, of Cypenham, Thomas Sexton and Thomas Bayley, of Britwell, yeoman, William Fellow, yeoman, Thomas Golding and William Mitchel, of East Burnham, yeoman (all of the parish of Burnham), of a close with an orchard and garden, whereon a messuage or tenement doth or lately did stand, containing 6 acres, now or late in the occupation of John Aldridge, situated in or near Cookham Dean in the parish of Cookham, formerly in the occupation of George and Thomas Buckingham.
