Draft from William Roberts, Worplesdon, to Rev William Moody. The College intends to ascertain its property by means of a map with Mr Oakley. Mr Moody's lease, until its expiration, gives him every privilege on the demesnes but none at all on the manor. When various points are adjusted, the College will be prepared to renew for £200.
