Memorandum of surrender by Thomas Lee, late of Bledlow, now of 72 Pembroke Road, Kensington, farmer, for £163 paid by William Clarke, farmer, before Frederick Charsley, gent., deputy steward, a messuage in Church End, wherein John Ing and Susannah Tombs did formerly dwell but since was converted into three messuages, lately in the tenures of Joshua Ward, the younger, and Susannah Tombs but now in the occupation of Boas Loe and Zebedee Loe, to which Thomas Lee was admitted on 24 November 1862; to the use of William Clarke.
