Memorandum of surrender by Richard Higgs, carrier, before Thomas Parrott, gent., deputy steward, for £280 paid by Mary Anne Parrott, of 109 Ledbury Road, Bayswater, spinster, of a cottage with an orchard appurtaining, formerly of William Warden, deceased, to which Higgs was admitted at a General Court Baron on 3 July 1861; to the use of the said Mary Anne. If Higgs shall repay the sum of £280, with interest, by 6 September next, the surrender to be void.
Signatures of Higgs and Thomas Parrott, and of Henry Gibbons and John Brooks for the homage which presented this surrender at a court on 25 November 1867.
