Memorandum of surrender by Joseph Folley, mason, before Frederick Charsley, gent., deputy steward, for £152 paid by Rachel Stevens, widow, of a moiety of two newly erected messuages adjoining the Lower Ickneild Way on the south east, in the occupations of the said Rachel and William Folley, to which Joseph had been admitted on 2 December 1842; to the use of the said Rachel.
