Memorandum of surrender by James Lee of Westminster Bridge Road, co. Surrey, clerk, before Frederick Charsley, of Slough, gent., deputy steward, for £25, paid by Jesse Goodchild, furniture dealer, of a plot of land containing 1 rood 4 perches in a place called Kittle Pins, to which he was admitted at a General Court Baron on 18 July 1864, being now or late in the occupation of Henry Walton.
Signatures of Lee and Charsley, and of Henry Gibbons and William Clarke who presented the surrender at a Court Baron on 10 November 1869.
