Memorandum of surrender by Philip Gibbons, of Wantage, co. Berks, ironfounder, before Frederick Charsley, esq., deputy steward, for £2000 paid by William Olliff, of Little Missenden, farmer, and Mary Ann Tuck, of High MWycombe, widow, of a messuage and various lands and tenements, described, with references to the Enclosure Award. The following place names occur:- Coopers, the House Coppice, Home Field, Blicks Close, Sprigg Field, the Dean, the Netherfield, the Netherfield Hill, the Five Acres, Toms Hill, Home Field Wood, Sprigg Field Shaw, Netherfield Shaw, Five Acre Shaw, Blicks Wood, Toms Hill Shaw, Homestead orchard and meadow, Springfield, Bottom Shaw Woodland, Nether Hill field, Great Wood, Three Acres, Ditch field, Ferney Butts, Little Hawfield. The premises had been held by Theodora Louisa Sparrow, widow, recently deceased, who had been admitted to the same at a General Court Baron on 5 December 1854. To the use of the said William Olliff and Mary Ann Tuck. If Gibbons pays £2000 with interest to them by 19 July next, the surrender shall be void.
