Memorandum of surrender by Jonah Britnell, of Blackburn Creek Nunawading near Melbourne in Australia, farmer, the eldest son of Jonah Britnell, late of Bledlow, farmer, by William Parker, attorney, before Frederick Charsley, gent., deputy steward, of a cottage in Bledlow Ridge in which Richard Chandler formerly dwelt and afterwards the said Jonah Britnell, deceased, and to which he had been admitted at a General Court on 24 October 1808, together with the cottage he had built adjoining the same, also an allotment containing 1 rood 30 perches (bounds given) made to the same by the Enclosure Commissioners; to the use of William Slaughter of Bledlow Ridge, grocer.
