Indenture of exchange by which the Provost and College grant to Ann Wessell, of Ewell, Surrey, widow, a piece of meadow late part of the close called College Eyott and now divided off by the new cutt or canal from the other part thereof, and now lying to the south of the new cutt, containing 43 perches, in exchange for a piece of Kitchin Close and a piece of the Eyott called Tangier, now lying to the north of the new cutt, containing 34 perches and 5 perches respectively. The new cutt has lately been made to carry the water from the south side of the College Kitchen in the straight line eastwards into the Thames.
