Content description
126 ALS and 3 autograph cards written by Francis Joseph Stone to his parents, siblings and grandmother. With 88 ALS written to Frank on the death of his father Edward Daniel Stone. Accompanied by a 1938 Christmas card signed by George VI and Queen Elizabeth.
Also, an autograph manuscript diary for 1886, and a journal kept at Cambridge for his mother consisting of eight home-made booklets dated February to June 1887.
With two items from his days at Radley College: a notebook with fair copies of boys reports written by Frank Stone from 1906-1911, and an autograph manuscript notebook listing his "socials" at Radley, 1895-1923.
With a Warrant granting Francis the Royal Victorian Order, 1939.
